I went to lunch with Jessica today, impromptu. We went back to Pasta Pomodoro. Again, it was quite good. This time she ordered a tiramisu because she had gotten one the last time she was there and raved about it.

I must say, I never knew tiramisu was supposed to be that way. The only way I’ve ever experienced it was when the ladyfingers were hard and crunchy. That has lead me to pass up most tiramisu when it is offered to me. But this one, oh my. It was so fresh and soft and delicious. It was soaked in whatever they soak it just perfectly. Jessica saved me half of it and I took a bite. I think it was all gone the next time she blinked.

I wore my new bright red Sonic Youth t-shirt.
